Her and my bf had a phone call in which he recorded and she called me a bitch because I did not acknowledge her. 

1) you were in such a rush that when ur child started crying u threw her on her father and rushed off

I'm so irritated bc I want to approach her next time and ask if she has a problem with me. She's 26 but acts like she's 16. Her tone over the phone was so superior. She said " I want that bitch to acknowledge that I am this child's fucking mother". Keep in mind she was never involved in the child's life until a few weeks ago. I've dated my bf for almost two years and have never seen her around. 

My bf said confronting her and asking what her problem is and that I don't appreciate her calling me a bitch behind my back and then actin like she's nice to my face is a bad idea for his custody battle and that she would probably try to hit me. I said that's fine bc then I can get a restraining order on her. I'm a bit hurt that he's ok allowing her to say that about me and that I'm not worth him paying her child support bc she dislikes me.
