You might have just irritated yourself a bit whilst having sex, implantation takes a few days so depends what cycle day you are on

Though ib is rare, even if it were that, it would take days to start implanting. Sperm need to travel into the cervix, through the fallopian tubes, break through into the egg, have the blastocyte travel into the uterus and then implant. I learned through fertility treatments it wouldn't even happen for 3-5 days

That does look like IB, but I've also had that after BD so it's hard to tell. What DPO are you?
