My poor baby has been gassy last couple of days. I was supplementing with formula at nights but slowly stopped seeing if it would help. I've been just breastfeeding for the past two nights and last night he was gassy all night long and was clusterfeeding he finally stopped and fell asleep at 4 or 5am... And he has to be on my chest or he screams bloody murder on his back.. I've not slept at all. :(

I'm just confused on what's making him so gassy? My diet? I can't figure out what foods because I eat so little now and I think because I'm breastfeeding my appetite is not big at all. I'm a very picky eater as my stomach is sensitive and gets upset with lots of stuff. I really don't want my breastmilk to be giving him gas..
