4 week pregnancy symptoms?

I have 0 symptoms other than no period and I'm worried cause I suffered a chemical pregnancy in October. The first time I was pregnant I had multiple symptoms and I'm just worried. Anyone else have barely any symptoms and still had a successful pregnancy? Yes I got my first positive pregnancy test at 3 weeks and strong positives on digital and regular tests. I'm testing every other day to make sure it doesn't faint cause I'm worried I don't have strong symptoms
