ankle rubbing for labor?

I'm not even dialated but I am softened has anyone used the ankle rubbing method to get into labor? I can't take it anymore 😞

How did you help kickstart labor?

Rubbing your nipples is known to help as it realises a hormone to kick start labour

when you go get a pedicure there is a certain spot that when they massage on your ankle or heel that does stimulate labor

Ankle rubbing causes labor??  I know it eases the pain of contractions (pressure points), but not induce labor...
 
Walking (a lot), hands and knee position, rocking back and forth, dancing, rocking on a yoga ball, squats (use caution here)... these are all great ways to induce.  Sex (sperm in particular) and nipple stimulation can also induce labor.
 
My birthing instructor recommended waiting until 38 weeks for the sex and nipple stimulation though.
