What made you suspect that you had a cyst before you found out that you had one?

Just curious if anyone suspected that they had a cyst before you found out you did have one. And what made you suspect that you did?

I never expected I had one but I went to the doctor for a stabbing pain in my abdomen and they found it. I get it during ovulation and when I'm on my period. I have a dermoid cyst which means I have to have it removed surgically. Still haven't taken care of it because I'm scared of surgery 🙈🤢

Pain in sides that would randomly happen during cycle. I remember once just randomly being in excruciating pain.
