multiple chemical pregnancies? 😕

Looking for any words of encouragement on CP. I am 34 and DH and I have been ttc for over a year. We had one CP at just over 5 weeks and one at 4 weeks 1 day. During my two most recent cycles I have gotten very faint bfp approx 10 - 12 DPO followed up by a clear bfn within a few days. AF was on time the first cycle and I'm still waiting for her arrival this cycle.
I've been pretty depressed about all of this and my dr isn't a ton of help. After the second CP I tested positive for antiphospholipid (my cousin has this too) but my follow-up test 12 weeks later was negative. So, no real answers.
Has anyone else experienced this and how did you deal? What tests did you request from your doctor? I have been given a lot of advice to "not test early," but I'm not sure I agree with that. If I hadn't been testing early I would probably still be thinking that conceiving is the issue, when it doesn't seem that's the case.
Any positive stories, wisdom, or advice?
