Still no positive!! 😁 Help!!

I had a miscarriage in October last year and now think I'm pregnant again but no postive yet! I get two periods a month, middle and end of every month but I haven't had any periods since December 28th and now going on 32 days with no period. I had implantation bleeding on the 10-12 of this month. My boobs, nipples, and hips are sore, super moody, morning sickness since implantation bleeding started, craving for peanut butter and spicy food, have to pee like every hour, already gaining weight. But I've been taking tests since the implantation bleeding stopped, few times every week and still all negatives! I'm just so anxious and want my postive haha! 😁
