What vitamins should i be talking? Or other natural supplement?!?

Any vitamins or supplements i should be taking?!?! I could really use any advice or suggestions. My fiance & I have been trying to conceive for 3 1/2 yrz for baby #1 we've had 1 miscarriage a year or two back and nothing since! I'm 20yrs old my period is very very irregular but it always comes once a month! So ladies plz send some luck our way as I will for you!

Sorry to hear about what you have been threw and going threw. Hope that you will have some luck soon please send me some. Im just on prenatal vitamins. I heard vitex are good alot of people use pre-seed lube Um I heard red clover vitimins if i find any other information I will send it to you or google things that can help when TTC goid luck on your journey.

I have heard of maca root and vitex vitamins. You can buy both at whole foods. I just started both this month. They are supposed to help regulate your hormones and cycle to help you conceive faster. Good luck!
