Growing pains?

Did the sides of your belly ever hurt early in your pregnancy? Yesterday the left upper side of my belly hurt all day off and on. And now the right side is hurting more towards my actual side or back. It's just like a throbbing pressure pain. I figured it was just growing pains or something. Or it could be something totally not related to the pregnancy. I have no clue so wondering if someone knew the answer. Haha. I'm 11wks and 3 days. I'm a FTM so this is all new to me. 🙈
