This is a post to remind women that have the right and the power to decide what happens to their own bodies. No one else does. There's way too much bullshit about abortions on here. Pro-life, pro-choice........ Who cares?! It doesn't effect you personally, so keep your mouth shut and stop causing upset just because it's something you wouldn't do. Well whoop-di-dooo, don't bloody do it then! End of. Now hush.

Legally? You unless you are unable to make decisions for yourself, then your power of attorney/living will/advanced directives do. Don't have any of those? Then your immediate family member does. Lacking family? Then two docs will sign off after they make their decision usually after ethics is consulted on what to do to cover their butts.

You mean when you are dead? That's my take on your question. 
I have a will. I want to be cremated because I don't want family to be paying out grave fees forever. Cremation is a one time expense and its just way more simple. I don't care what happens with the ashes. However I once was in an elderly woman's house and she had a huge vase on display full of ashes. She saw me looking and explained it was her husband, mother and son mixed together. I do not want to be on display.  That is specified. They can choose to dump the ashes places, throw them out or save them. But. Not on display. 
Money goes to SO, and any children equally. As well as a fund to care for my parent later in life. 
I want a funeral, but I don't want it to be a long one. It can be like 30 minutes (I was at one that the ceremony lasted 3hr). Then everyone can eat food and just have a little party. Just an excuse to be together. Not a sad party.
