Need help

I need help from all you ladies all day today I have been having major breast pain and tenderness also my nipples are super sensitive to the touch I just took a shower and I was having to put my hand in my mouth to prevent myself from screaming it hurts so bad I am only 2 DPO so I'm not thinking that it's a pregnancy symptom but did any of you ladies experience any of this when you were 2 dpo and did it turn out to end up really being a pregnancy symptom .... Not that this matters exactly yet but my husband does have twins and his family
