Bellybutton piercing hole while pregnant

The title sounds kinda dumb.. but I used to have my belly button peirced,,it's been out for almost 2yrs I am almost 28 weeks pregnant and it itches... it felt like there was something in the hole line so I squeezed it...and yeahh white puss stuff came out.

Now it's irritated and hurts,idk what this is from I haven't messed with the holes. Could it be from my skin getting tighter from my belly growing? I have a ob apt Thursday I'm gonna show my Dr and let her look at it cause it's itching and now hurting...
