sorry to bug y'all but I need some advice!

Hey lovey eve ladies! I don't know what to do about my situation and I would love to hear any positive helpful advice y'all have to offer 😊 I don't know if I should stay with my boyfriend of 8 months or should I be single & find myself. My guy is extremely sweet and caring for me. He is an awesome guy who always treats me well! We have the same interests & I am very comfortable around him. He is truly a great guy to settle down with. He likes to point my flaws out sometimes to me but I never let it bother me. He has been hurt really badly in the past and breaking up with him now would devastate him. I am almost 18 and have never experienced life and found myself. I don't love myself and I've always jumped into different relationships. I'm about to move off to college and I'm worried I'll do something I'll regret while I'm dating him. I love him but I do still think about a guy in the past who I completely fell in love with. I've felt like this for two months now. I don't know what I should do 😬 thank you for letting post my confusion!
