What could cause u to bleed during sex and follow the next week?

So here is a question for yall ladies.

Have ypu guys ever bled ( lightly ) after having sex ? And actually bled like medium drips during sex and realized it afterwards? The last 2 times my bf and i have had sex ive bled , mainly when i wiped. Weve always used condoms and i wanna say maybe 2 times weve used the pull out method ( pull out methond has been about a month since then) but since thursday (now the following tuesday) ive bled and have had blood bright red when ive wiped myself . ever time since thursday. What could be the cause? I was supposed to get my period this friday and it never really came other than the drips of blood.
