Friends with benefits

Okay so this guy that I really really like, wants me to drive 4 hours to go see him. He's giving me gas money and whatever. He only wants to be sex partner with me. I'm cool with it but I'm scared I will end up catching feelings for him. He is everything I could ever ask for in a guy. What do I do ?? Please help !
