Possibly pregnant??

Okay so I have really bad sore breasts, bad nausea really bad lower belly pain kinda like period cramps but worse back pain dizziness slight headache my downtown area is very dry these past two days it hurts to have sex these past two days and I'm noticing that faint brown line going down from the belly button what could this mean? Am i pregnant?? And my period is supposed to start in six days! HELP ME????!!! I'm gonna be a first time mom if I am??!!!
