I don't know what to say

My partner and me were talking the other night about science and body at the best of how babies are made and everything we've already got two babies a 15 month boy and a 4 month girl, I ask my partner sometimes does he want any more children he says he doesn't know he's happy if we do itl be stressful but will get on with it like, I feel like kind of the same way but what I would wish more than any thing is to go through my daughters pregnancy again, it was a hell of a long 9 months, scares and upsets but I wish I could be pregnant again, I don't think I'm ready for another baby just yet but I don't know what to do if god wants to make his plans short of me and give me another 😶😊
