How did you guys learn to love yourself? I am curious to know as I haven't felt good about myself since I fell pregnant which was 2years or more ago. Post a pic that you feel you look pretty ❤❤❤

I don't. I hate myself. I don't even like to look in mirrors.

My journey of self-love began three years before my pregnancy. It started in therapy and then with a book called Spirit Junkie: A Radical Road to Self Love by Gabrielle Bernstein, you can also go to her website gabbyb.tv to see some really cool videos about her work and just start by watching some of them. You can go to her video  archive and start with the oldest videos (I like the old ones best). There's also a website called birthofmama.com that has some really interesting and empowering articles to read about the transformation into motherhood. PS. Self-love and self confidence is not about what you look like on the outside. It's about how you feel inside and that's where your journey begins.
