ladies taking vitex...

I started taking vitex three weeks ago to try and regulate my cycles a little bit. I'm currently on CD 30. My cycles range anywhere from 40-90 ish days give or take. I'm very irregular. The past couple days I've been experiencing a lot more watery cm than usual. I usually have a decent amount anyway, but this is way more than normal. I'm actually having to wear a pain liner to keep my undies from getting wet.  Has anyone else experienced this? What can I do? Any advice. Thanks ladies.
