What have you been through with fertility testing?

So my S/O and I have been ttc for about a year and a half now. We lost 2 very early pregnancies and started fertility testing a few months ago. They did a sperm count for my S/O. I've had all the blood work, physical and hsg xray. Now our doctor is scheduling me for a sonogram and prepping things for invetro. Just curious to what others have gone through with fertility treatments and results of invetro ext. Any information would really help. I've been so closed off about all this going on and not really sure what to expect with fertility treatments.
