Baby will be here early at 37 weeks - IUGR 😦

Well, I found out today that due to IUGR my LO is going to need to get here a little sooner than expected. She's only measuring in the 3rd percentile for weight. I'm super nervous as I've never had complications like this before during pregnancy. The doctor is happy with her biophysical profiles and says that unless there is cause for concern there she should be fine to go to 37 weeks (February 13). Has anyone had any experiences like this before? Just looking for reassurance...
