Yeast Infection- Need Advice

I have only had two yeast infections in my lifetime and I knew the exact causes of each one. I never went to a doctor for them, I used over the counter products from CVS and Walgreens. I'm pregnant now and think I've got a yeast infection. My vagina feels incredibly sore and uncomfortable (a dry feeling) and I quickly looked at it with a magnifying hand mirror this morning. I was already running late so I didn't get a good look but I do think I saw something white. The pain started only last night. I have light discharge that looks normal, doesn't itch and has no odd smell (all symptoms I previously had). I don't know why this time around I'm so terrified about it, and embarrassed 😔 My husband will most likely want to see and help in any way possible. Even putting the surpository medicine in for me if need be. He knows I have fears of doing that sort of stuff due to a  traumatic experience in a previous relationship (I've never even been able to use a tampon, it freaks me out) so his helping me would be a good thing if I wasn't so ashamed of him seeing. Please help, I'm not sure what I'm even asking for...just support I guess. Maybe a pep talk idk I'm just in a panic!
