I had an episiotomy 17 weeks ago. I got a wound infection so took a while to heal. My scar looks ok it goes out to the right towards my thigh but during intercourse we have to take things very slowly but the pain is on the left hand side and I can't see a scar. I don't know if it is internal. It's like a burning stretching pain. I can't go on top it's too painful. How long will this take to return to normal?
