TTC with PCOS

Has anyone with PCOS tried conceiving with Femara? I am on day 3 of taking the set of femara. I am extremely nervous about this working. I've been TTC for 6 months now.. this is my first time with the medication. My Dr had me taking provera first for 10 days. I started my period on day 4 of those pills so it's already not going as exactly planned. Just reaching out for someone to give me some insight on how well Femara works. Thanks in advance💕
