Scared

I've been in the hospital for 3 days now with cramps and terrible stomach aches. Nausea ,dizziness , and pain. They thought it was ectopic and now they think it may be me miscarrying. The first ultrasound saw nothing. The second saw nothing, and the third saw a sac in the uterus but no baby in the sac. She said there may still be a baby and I'm mostly likely too early. What doesn't Avery one think? Please let me know.
