UPDATE pregnant by a married man #2

They were separated at the time - which obviously is still not the best thing in the world. I did tell her he was trying to talk to me at one point. She didnt believe me. They also have no children for the record. We were drunk, and we had sex. I am an avid safe sex person. I am 21, in college and have a 4yr old. We did use a condom. But sometime in the middle of sex he took it off without my knowing, I didn't know there was no condom until he pulled out and cum went everywhere. I was livid and so pissed off. The next night I took plan B. It wasn't even 48hrs after when I took plan B. Since I have a previous child, I recognized the signs of being pregnant. I got pregnant around the same time a few years ago. He keeps screaming abortion, and I just can't bring myself to abort a child. None of my friends or family would support this decision for me, and I wouldn't be able to deal without any support through that time.

1. They were separated. Not living together. I got a little drunk. Most of my good decision making went out the door at that point. But I did make sure to use a condom.  I did not want a child. I'm in the nursing program at my college. 

2. Regarding plan B, it says you need to take it within 72 hours. I wasn't able to get the pill at the very first day. It was Christmas Day. Everything was closed in my town. One of our pharmacies finally opened Christmas night. 

3. This isn't a fake story. It's not a troll story. This is literally my life and it's happening. My plans are to file for child support. 

4. At this point I know a mistake has been made, but the child shouldn't suffer. I don't think it was very fair for one of us to believe there was safe sex going on, when there really wasn't. I had sex for two years with condoms without incident. He is trying to blame me for getting pregnant and I just don't get that.
