Working out? weight loss?
Okay, I've seen so many of these working out/weight loss posts, and I'm going to make my own.
I unfortunately, unfortunately (trying to avoid this) have to move in with my mother and my siblings again. There are rules and such I have to follow and I'm not allowed to have friends come over unless I go with them, this being said there is a gym right up the road I'll be joining.
I'd like to lose 10-15 pounds IF possible. I'll be happy with 10. I'd like to thin my stomach out since I have love handles and that's where my weight sits mostly.
Can any of you give me tips on what I should start doing?
