How do I get my mind off different things during sex, and focus on the moment?

I heard somewhere that limiting some senses can enhance others. As someone who struggled with this too I gave it a try and it works really well. Keeping my eyes closed and focusing on feeling and listening to my bf. Sometimes we throw in binding and blindfolding if I'm having a really hard time focusing.
The struggle with focusing on sex is that you need to stop focusing. Hope this helps. 😅

If you aren't into it and think about different things then maybe you aren't turned on enough or aren't doing it with the right person .
