Help pcos!

Sam
I'm 23 I have two children already 4 & 3 and my husband and I have been trying on and off for just two years and I was diagnosed with pcos in December 2016 after two years of hormone bloods and visits to my doctors with complaints regarding my cycles. I have used opks on and off and never ever have I had a positive till yesterday! Do I count this as a real positive or my body playing tricks on me? I've lost 3 stone since the start of 2015 and I'm still going on my weight loss journey but I had hormone bloods done again in December 2016 and my testosterone is only slightly elevated to that of a woman without pcos (weightloss has helped this in my opinion) my last cycle started on the 16th of December so my positive opk I got yesterday would be cd40 and today I got a negative opk which is cd41. Anyone with any advice or stories I'd love to hear it all ❤️
