Dominant follicles of 2.4 - 2.5 means they are 24 and 25 mm, basically they are large and you should be ovulating soon. Are you on fertility drugs? Usually there is only 1 large, dominant follicle per cycle, and that is the one you ovulate from....so I guess it depends on your specific situation, if you are taking fertility drugs, I would say it's normal, but if you aren't, then you probably have ovarian cysts.....you should follow up with your OBGYN 

Ok I gust googled it (which is what you should have done) it's a cyst. You have cysts on your ovaries dear.
