What time is bedtime?

I'm trying to figure out the best time to put my LO for bed at night. She's 7 weeks old and we put her down at 7 but it takes 2 hours on average to actually get her down for good for the night. My first born never had issues like this going to sleep.

My daughters been falling asleep between 11 and 2 and then sleeps till about 6 or 7 then will wake up to eat and fall asleep again till about 11

We put her down between 6 and 6:30 (started at 3 weeks) and anymore it rarely takes more than one attempt to get her down for the night.

We aim to have her down by midnight, since she only sleeps 4-5 hours at a time, and it's much more reasonable getting up at 5 instead of 2! It takes anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and a half to get her down depending on the night. We swaddle and then nurse to sleep, which can take anywhere from 1-4 tries of having her pass out then wake up as soon as she's descending into her bed... Very frustrating and exhausting. She's also 7 weeks.

We start at 7 as well and it's a mystery everyday. (11 weeks)
He'll go to bed at 8 or until 12.
I've read that babies won't really get into a schedule until about 4 months and even then once they start teething or growth spurt can cause the schedule to be messed up.

I've been putting my son down for the night at 9 pm since he was a week old. He started sleeping through the night (9pm-3am) at a month old. He wakes at 3am for a feed then is out again until 6-7am.

I'm following the baby wise schedule for 7-10 weeks. Bedtime is 11 pm. Wake up is like 6:30-7. There are a few naps throughout the day

My son goes to bed at 7 every night and I can usually get him asleep by 8. Then he sleeps until either midnight other 2 am. On midnight days he wakes up at 4 for the day and at 2 am days 530. I feed him and then we snuggle in the recliner in his room until 7 am. He doesn't get to sleep later than 7 am though. I wake him up and we hang out and play a bit then he does back down foe a nap around 8 or 830. Seems to be working for us. I don't talk or turn on the lights at all before 7 am or after 7pm.
