Ovarian Cyst - Did mine bust?

So last night I was experiencing horrible pelvic center pain worse than a period before bed. I finally laid down and went to bed. I woke up and most of the pain went away, it just feels like period cramps now. I was at work and noticed I got really wet and clear liquid fluid was in my panties. Did I just have a cyst bust? How would I know? I've been on birth control pills going on two weeks now, could this be a reason? Should I be concerned?
