How do you get your baby to sleep?

How do you all get your baby to sleep at night?   Any advice would be great

Get her as tired as possible .. my daughter does not like sleeping !

Relaxing music, lights out (night light), rocking and a warm bottle does it for my LO.

We have a routine...diaper change, lotion, bottle, then I just put him down. I feel like he's trying to trick me into having another kid, he's so well behaved

Nothing but a night light on, white noise machine on, bottle then nurse. Works so well he can't sleep anywhere else now at night

Bath, lotion, (both lavender or just lotion when no bath) diaper one size bigger that normal, bottle, book, n straight down n she sucks her thumb until she falls asleep. Solid 8pm-7:30am sleeper🙌

Milk. Play. Bath. Milk. (I EBF and she needs to be full before sleep!) Book. Bed. White noise. Sleep. Takes about 3 hrs - we start about 5:30pm with milk no. 1 and she falls asleep at 8:30 pm.

Bath, change in to pjs, milk in a dark room and straight down to bed. Sometimes he's still quite awake when we put him down but usually pretty sleepy and he just chats away to himself if he's not already asleep. Takes no more than an hour on an average night and that's him down from about 7pm to 7am straight through usually although I know we are lucky lol!!

Sleep trained with extinction so now I just put him in his Merlin suit, put him in his crib, play a lullaby on the iPad (that I had him sleeping to prior to training so he'd assosciate sleep with the song) and he goes to sleep within 5 minutes. It was hard work but all of us are so much happier now. He sleeps all night and wakes up only occasionally for an 11pm feeding.
