I've had this right above my nipple for a little while now, and i'm starting to get worried because at first it eas flat and looked like a birth mark but now it's starting to pop up & i picked at it right after a shower and it hurt because i tried squeezing it... as if a black headb help me 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Ingrown hair. Soak it in warm water and then get tweezers and pull it out. Then put a little bit of rubbing alcohol over it (don't get it on your nipple)

I wouldn't worry about it too much, it is possible to get acne there or it could also be ingrown hair. Try not to touch it though, the oil from your fingers typically makes it worse

Honestly, it looks like an ingrown hair. Which, they also hurt also. I've had them on my down stairs area before, wait a while before popping it, unless you can take the pain. Make sure to get all the puss out, and make sure the hair comes with it, otherwise, it was for nothing.

Try putting a hot/wet teabag on it...
