All alone with cramps
Okay so I went for a poop about 5mins ago and I'm a little constipated but that's normal but right after I started to get some cramps in the centre of my tummy moving down, they kicked me nauseous I started to cry because my boyfriend isn't here and I went to the bathroom and I'm not bleeding just very very uncomftable...
Any ideas what it could be ??
I'm scared 😢
