6 days late bfn

It's literally almost the end of the month and still no AF i was suppose to get AF on the 24th but never showed it's now the 30th I took 2 FR test and both BFN i don't what to do or how to feel I was cramping a little today thinking I was getting AF but nope she never showed any advice ?
