Do you take a daily vitamin?
I've been researching this subject lately (and while I am FAR from an expert) a lot of what I read worries me.
My husband is a religious multi-vitamin taker. But more and more research suggests that not only is he wasting his money - he may be harming his health.

Again, I am not expert. I am just worried about my husband. What do you think?
