Belly Button piercing ?????

So i got my belly button piercing in april of 2016, it's now basically february of 2017. It still has a little skin peeling around it every now and then, but doesn't hurt at all. is it too soon to change the piercing???

I disagree with the other comment. Mine took so long to heal and still got infected. Do not change it to soon or it will get infected. Also try not to touch it too much. It's the most prone to infection piercing out there, but after it is completely healed it's the best :)

The flaking is caused by the piercing being dry. Maybe change the soap you are using or try not cleaning it as often (if your cleaning it 3 time a day try going down to 2) I would go to your piercer and see if they recommend changing the jewelry :) maybe see if he/she has any recommendations for the peeling as well! They are there for helping with the piercing not just stabbing you! ❤❤
