Could I be pregnant? Please comment

I have had really sore nipples since last week. Around the time I think I ovulated. It was CD 13 or 14. I have never experienced this even with my period. This is the first time. It's been non stop since the day it started. It kinda hurts bad then hurts mildly. No other symptoms. No bleeding. Not chapped. No discharge. I also had EWCM last week too! Any advice?

Of course it's possible!
 Nipples hurting from ovulation, unfortunately, isn't a symptom of pregnancy as the baby implants later.
