baby grunts

Hello ladies I have a couple of questions. It's regarding my nephew he has a hoarse voice sometimes, is anyone's LO doing the same? And sexos question poor little guy grunts when he is pooping. His poop is coming out as it should, my sister in law describes it as yellow with little balls? I asked if it was seeds instead of balls and yes said yes. Has anyone experienced any of these ? Thanks
