Kind of confused

So I'm a little over a week late I was supposed to start on the 20th but it hasn't come. I've been so tired lately, having cramps and peeing alot, my back is killing me and I get randomly nauseous, I also have horrible headaches when I wake up. But today Im sure I got a uti (get them often so I know how to get rid of them fast) I don't know what's wrong with me, help!
