Help ya girl out!! Ovulation or implantation? ?

Okay, Monday (a week before af due) & it was very mucus like w red/brown spotting (one time) Next day I spotted (one time again) it was brown. The next day it wasn't anything then the day after (one time once again) I spotted pink. I cramp like my period is fixing to happen more hungry... I LITERALLY CAN'T GET FULL!! I stop my self from eating. Then, I have back pains & lower cramps on one side & then I am like supppperr tired! Everyday I have to nap after work &still hit sheets early...

I am basically asking has anyone done any of those w implantation or ovulation? ? Or is my body just changing??
