chart help! any idea what's happening?

Longest cycle and BFN again today ... no idea what's happening but I would appreciate any insights you might have!  Went off BC 4 months ago. Last cycles were 28 and 34 days.   Started bbt charting Jan 1 as a New Years resolution. 
Cramping past 2 weeks but especially CD 26/27. Naseous CD34-36.  Drinking lots of water. very tired. Slight lower back pain.

Update: Temp still up on Jan 30 / cd 39. I made a dr appt for Thursday to see what's going on.

Do you usually ovulate that late? The cycle does seem kind of long...But your luteal phase (from day after ovulation until next af begins) is a normal length. That is what is most important. Any shorter than 13 days and you have a small chance of pregnancy. So it looks healthy. It also looks like you shouldn't count yourself out yet because some people won't get their bfp until 14 dpo. Don't want to get your hopes up or let them down but your chart looks great!

I'm wondering if you didn't ovulate until CD 28? That could be why your still getting negatives, it's too early yet. Just a guess...
