giving birth terror
I'm so terrified of giving birth! I'm a FTM and as the days are getting closer, I get more and more terrified. I'm so nervous thinking about it! I have no idea how to calm myself down. When I think about it, I almost want to start crying because im so scared. Has anyone felt similar? Did you overcome your fear? If so, how? Please... I need help lol
