When do I call?

So I got my first positive today, but am only 10 DPO and 3 weeks since my last period. When do I call to make an appointment? And do I call my doctor or find an OBGYN first?

Call now. They'll schedule you closer to eight weeks.

You can call tomorrow if you want.  I'd look for an ob unless you plan on using your family doctor.  They will ask when your lmp was and probably have you come in when you're about 8 weeks based off that.
