weight loss??

Who knows
I'm not fat. (I'm not fat shaming it's like calling someone skinny.) 
But anyway I know I'm not fat but I'm not a healthy weight. 
I can not change my diet as my parents have already thought I was trying to get into my bad eating habits again- that they thought I had. 
So the only way I can be brought down to my previous weight of 55 kgs (now at 60 or more) is to exercise. 
I can not afford gym. Therefore I am stuck doing 'diy' exercises. 
Any ideas on what to do??
