constant discomfort in my pelvic area?

i have constant discomfort in my pelvic area and i've been too scared to ask anyone about it. i have a lot of discharge as well and i also worry about that. i feel like there's pressure and i've been trying to track everything that feels "wrong." i pee with 2 streams and most of the time i stop peeing when i still need to pee. everything kinda feels strained and like it's sinking? help
