absolutely terrified

I think I could be pregnant . Very early and to early to test but now I'm thinking I might be having an early miscarriage ... I was having pregnancy symptoms for a few days and now my back is cramping pretty bad, I'm having vaginal twinges, I just got really cold and have chills , and feel like throwing up . I'm not bleeding but feel like I'm getting my period . My period isn't due for another 8 days . I'm so worried but can't even test because it's to early !!
