sister in law

Just need to vent! My sis in law is such a drama queen... she is always trying to diagnosis someone with some sort of medical condition. She has two kids who are the WORSE! I love them but they are terrible. I have a 1 year old and suppose to drop everything to watch her kids to run to the hospital with her husband cause apparently he isn't a big boy and can't open his mouth! She didn't ask just demanded. My mother in law is aware but due to previous issues we have had with them she is scared to say anything. So I'm just suppose to sit back and take it? Ugh what would you guys do?! My son is in the copy cat stage and repeats EVERYTHING the bigger kids do. Has gotten hurt several times already from it. My nephew even pushed my son down shortly after his first birthday and broke his leg... ugh
